How quickly will I notice results?
This will vary according to the client and the issue at hand, but generally within the first 3 sessions.
How frequently should I attend sessions?
This depends greatly upon you and how much effort you wish to put into
achieving your desired outcomes. The more you put into it the sooner
and greater will your results be. As a general rule of thumb, attending
sessions every 4-5 weeks will provide good results. This may be tailored
specifically to you however, shortening the period between sessions to a
week if intense therapy is required, or extending it if that is more
appropriate for your situation and finances.
Is Kinesiology a form of Massage?
No. Whilst it is considered a hands-on therapy due to the use of muscle
monitoring techniques, generally there are no massage strokes used.
The client remains fully clothed during the session.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, warm, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. Pants or trousers are
a must as the testing of leg muscles renders skirts and dresses
inappropriate attire if the comfort of the client and practitioner is to be
maintained.
